Unhappy Impreza 1996 GT 4WD 2.0 speaker blown?

I'm quite new to cars, so I came here for help.

I listen to music a lot in my car, usually at a high volume with the bass tuned up. The previous owner built a custom sub-woofer and sound-system in the car in the rear area.

After my car had stood still for 2-3 days (outside, windy and around -2 - 0 Celsius), I started the engine and I turned up the volume. The front right speaker produces a nasty shaking-rumbling sound, as if something is loose inside the speaker. On low volumes, you can barley hear the noise, but when the bass gets more persistent and louder, the noise comes back again.

So if I'm lucky, there is something loose in there. I'm i'm unlucky, the speaker is blown. But I don't know for sure yet which one of these is my case.

I need some further assistance when it comes to how I open up this speaker, or how I change it, and what you'd recommend (if it fits).
