2010 Impereza heated seat question

i have a 2010 impereza outback sport.... my question is my heated seats on high setting gets warm fast but then its like it turns off even thou the switch is still on ????? so i have to turn it off wait a few mins.. then turn it back on so it will get warm again

this is a common problem and have a easy fix ??

don't know much about them but they could have a thermo cut out to stop them from being hot for too longer periods??
