The essentials of my car care stuff

Meguiars shampoo plus

Autoglym Aqua-dry synthetic chamois

Meguiars quick clay(if youve not clayed before)

Sonus green fine clay(if your cars kept in mint condition most of the time)

Poorboys professional polish (Paint deep cleansing without being coarse will "reduce" swirls and does strip other polishes etc youve had on your car-rub in well with microfibre applicator buff off with cotton stockinette cloth-its hard work with a microfibre cloth, will be dusty aswell,i probably only use 3times/yr. Please note YOUR CAR WILL LOSE SHINE initially after using this so dont worry thats normal its the cleansing before you build the shine bk up, i mostly use this after claying)

Einszett metallic polishwax-Great chemical cleansing abilities(no abrasives) whilst leaving a great shine.

Valeters pride, polish with carnauba wax(5ltr can)About 16/17- leaves a great deep glossy shine-downside unsure about how good it`d be on a dull rough finish no real abrasiveness an not the best cleaner-would be best used after poorboys professional polish

Chemical guys wet mirror finish-dont call yaself a car enthusiast without it Possibly too cheap for the impact it has on my finish as a base for sealants/waxes.
For the ability to create a sealed in glossy finish whilst leaving the surface"grippy"for a wax/sealant to bond to-unbeatable glaze in my opinion.

Sonus SFX4/blackfire wet diamond all finish paint protection - either of these sealants will have you smiling after use.(very simular stuff)
Ya wont find better sealants.

Collinite 915-great wax that`l have a massive impact on your finish after just one coat even.

Chemical Guys petes 53wax-Possibly has the edge on gloss over collinite 915-wont have the same impact as 915 above with just 1 coat though.
Can never make a decision on choosing one over the other as they`ve both got good qualities in their own right-hence ive always got both.

Valetpro high gloss tyre dressing(5ltr can from shinearama) generally i just brush on an leave though youre supposed to lightly wipe off great value as it lasts me a couple of yrs.

Poorboys microfibre cloths Poorboys Deluxe Mega Towel - Poorboys Car Care and Detailing Products Just really like these-generally i only use these and einszett microfibre cloths.

When i mention microfibre applicator pads for polishes i use these are what im using Detailed Obsession

If i think of anything else i`ll add it.
Best sealant used to date- Fourstar ultimate paint protection *Now discontinued* Rebranded as sonus SFX4 paint sealant-Try some ya wont be dissapointed.
