RA spring spruce up

Been dead in here lately so thought I'd post up pics of the cars spring clean. Finally some decent weather so time to get the RA sorted for the warmer months. Had a good few hours so it was out with clay bar.

First washed with Autoglym shampoo then dried with MF towel. Clayed with a megs claybar and quick detailer. Then got the SRP for a quick once over and it does a fair job of filling some of the many swirls in my paintwork. Quick rinse off to get rid of the residue from the SRP and then waxed. Wheels and tyres also washed and then dressed with AG instant tyre dressing.

Quite pleased with the results but will need some proper work later in the year to get it where I want it as the paint work is in a sorry state at the moment.

The pics;

Re: RA spring spruce up

Do you use the wheel wax? I found that to be brilliant in helping to prevent brake dust built up. Leaving it easier to clean.....

Maguires is probably one of the better products at high street prices, the three step cleaning kit is good, clay bar is a defo for removing pollutants on the paintwork and leaves a glass finish..

Re: RA spring spruce up

If you want to do my car, please feel free to do so....

being black is a bugger to keep clean, I paid to have a coating put on it, which is supposed to stop water marks and you never need to wax the car.... its ok, but not brilliant ....
