A NEW MARKETING DIRECTOR FOR NISSAN

Nissan Motor (GB) Limited has appointed Justin Elias as Marketing Director to replace Paul Willcox who has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing at Nissan Europe. Justin joins Nissan from Renault where he is currently Commercial Operations Manager.

Justin, 38, graduated from St Andrews University with a 1st class MA in Management Studies and International Relations before joining Renault UK on a graduate management programme in 1991. He has held a variety of senior Sales and Marketing positions including field management, head office sales management, brand management (UK and internationally) and was also Marketing Director for Renault Asia Pacific, based in Tokyo. He has had three foreign postings to date (France twice and Japan) and speaks fluent French as well as German and some Japanese.

Commenting on his appointment, Justin said: "I am delighted to be joining Nissan at this exciting time in the company's history - I believe the brand has enormous potential to develop over the next few years on the back of a superb range and some very exciting product in the pipeline."

Nissanís Managing Director, Bill Bosley said: "Itís great to have Justin aboard in time for the exciting year ahead when we will launch two important new products, Note and at the end of the year P32L. Justin's varied experience will be put to good use."
