Re: impreza pickup project

Mad project how are you going to overcome losing the rigidity the roof provides?

would like to as its only 1.8 non turbo at mo but if can get complete running gear cheap enough will be failing that got a tidy turbo estate silver in backhground of some pics might start hacking that next this was a trial run see how hard it was but unsure which would be harder converting to turbo or redoing all this again any tips ideas sugestions would love to hear ie engine conversions how hard or colours or ideas for this project

Re: impreza pickup project

it wouls be easier to change the engine and running gear from your turbo estate into this one, as long as your happy with the work on this one and dont want a second go with you having the experience from the first, i thought about this last year when i resprayed my wagon but didnt have the time, Some big chrome bars in the rear would strengthen things up, And you want a really fancy paint job, a colour choice can be make or break for somthing like this, i cant wait to see finished car
