knocklink or turbo timer

what would be the better of the 2 mods a knocklink or the turbo timer ?

knocklink in my opinion,so long as you dont switch your car off straight away when youve done with it,always give mine about a minute before switching it off,dont get me wrong got neither but knocklink and afr are on me list.

never had a knocklink,if it knocks it blows up :shock: just rebuild it :twisted:

still mine lives on the track ops:

yer fair enough,tho out the 2 gotta be the knocklink it could save an engine,whereas turbo timer only saves ya turbo know which one id sooner replace lol.i know too many gauges get ya paranoid but afr and knocklink before i get remap/new ecu.

No question. A knocklink is the way to go.

Turbo timer...........imo a waste of money.
The last couple of miles best have a gentle run down. Personnally i favour sitting with the car for 2 or 3 minutes on tick over before things are shut down.

If you decide you'd still like a turbo timer might be as well to check with your insurance company how they view an unattended car whilst its still running. Some companys don't take to kindly to this mod.
