[B]Steering knock[/B]

Evening all,

Started to notice over the past couple of weeks that I'm getting a weird knocking noise when the steering is on full lock. It sort of feels like the inner edge of the wheels are slipping but causes a knock that you can feel through the steering wheel. First thoughts that this was cv joints but have checked those and all of the boots are fine none are split? Does anyone have any ideas on what i can check or what might be causing this?

could be a wheel bearing or bushes are shot,also could be lose or weak shockers..

Could be something like the wheels are out of alignment?

Nothing to do with snow and ice built up in the wheelarch?
