Keys in the ignition, onto stand by, turn the ignition on & BEEP? Whats all that about?! :cry:

i've heard about this before somewhere i think it might be your battery thats on its way out mate the alarm starts to chirp when its going down hope that helps.

Mine started to do the same before xmas some I changed the alarm :roll: :wink:

I would say it's definitely the battery

Had the same problem with my 02 last winter

one bleep from the alarm & the engine would not even turn over

got a new battery never had that one bleep from the alarm since.

i've ad the beep but the battery is ok starts straight away but i'm expecting it to go down time will tell
