Post no go subaru

hi guys and gals iv abit of a problem with my1995 legacy gtb iv just rebuilt the engine and dropped it back in but it wont fire up .its turning over ok theres petrol and spark no fuses gone immobilser seems to be working ok .someone said it could be fuel preasure regulator any help would be most appretiated as finances arnt good enough to pay a garage thanks anyone

Are all wiring harnesse's plugged in as this can lead to problems? is their fuel through all fuel injectors are they all working? is the vacuum hose from fuel pressure reg connected back up to intake manifold as this can cause problems with fuel pressure, check all earths, check wires on coil packs to see anything overlooked...........

yeh iv checked all those but my worst knightmare is iv done cam timing wrong .so il check it when i get back to work which is where the car is . so il let you know how i get on cheers
