Re: what turbo do i get

vf35 or vf34 is your best bet, should get about 330ish from the vf35 and about 340ish from the vf34.

problem with the td05's is the most common ones are a different entry and the casting isn't as good.

Re: what turbo do i get

personaly i'd pay the extra cost and get one form a respected tuner. ebay and alike have alot of dodgy chinese copies which just arn't up to the quality of the proper ones.

bear in mind it will definatly need mapping for the turbo.

try Scooby Clinic | The UK's Largest Independent Subaru Specialists | 01246 590 807 - Chesterfield S42 6QX, last time i spoke to them they have both types in stock

Re: what turbo do i get

going for a vf35 i think, 330bhp is plenty for me, does everyone recommend 550 injectors? and also been told my car is the year that needs the ecu replacing as standard cant be remapped better save some more pennies......

Re: what turbo do i get

yeah, standard one isn't on that year

550's and an uprated fuel pump, turbo and ecu should see you there. also prob worth a nocklink and possibly some gauges. that sort of power is getting close to the limits of the engine aso worth being able to keep an eye on things

Re: what turbo do i get

car allready has air fuel ratio, oil pressure and temp guages, and an early warning light for the oil pressure. you recommend different or extra guages?
