are they different?

hi guys anybody know if early classic rear discs are different to the facelift ones. also if i was to get new discs can u get an upgrade to fit the standard caliper

Yes and yes

Depending on year... 97 and early 98 UK cars had solid back discs

New discs and upgrades available from this link at very good prices
