Spark Plug Gap ??

Ok, I'm feeling brave, gonna try changing spark plugs on Turbo Classic at weekend, had a quick search on forum and the recommended gap seems to be somewhere been .6 and .8mm, what should I be aiming for??

Any recommendations on the best type to buy...?? Saw Blitz, NGK and others...whats the difference between Type 6, 7 or 8....??

Thanks to uk dave for classic spark plug guide.....

Cheers
