Warrenty still covers till july 05, guys at the garage put ear plugs in when the heard it!

Need to wait for them to get a slot now and remove it, still all the nuts should be free -its the third time its been out since sept last year and I'm not a happy bunny!

Do you get a courtesy car Buzz? What a pain - do they still not know what it is

Let us know what Subaru Assist are like, I just renewed our subscription for another year.

Hi cat, yes you do get a curtesy car, sub assist use enterprise, last time they used shrewsbury branch and they were on the ball, today as the delers I am using now are near wolverhampton so they used them. not impressed with them, waited 3 hrs for the car to be delivered. could have had it dropped at work but they would proberbly still be looking for it!

Sub assist, are helpful, they send someone out with a van full of tools to try and get you going, if its more terminal they send a recovery truck (as I suggested today).
Phoned tracker to inform them, 5 mins up the road my mobile rang, guess! yes tracker -are you awre of your car etc.etc. so I know that works!

The daft bit with sub ass is that you get a replacement car for 2 days only, my garage cant touch it till wed or thurs, so It is down to me (sick car owners) duty to ask their garage for an extension.
Does seem daft but rules is rules.

I now have a vauxhall meriva sat on my drive, yes and I can even get my long legs under the wheel!.

have to wait till wed' now for some news, still keeps the milage down on mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried that the last time it was in, has to go through sub' ass', so have to wait till wed' and ring em, if they have an idea how long and they agree work then i think they can extend for a week whilst waiting for parts etc. its a pain but there you go.

Cat it it exoensive to renew the warrenty? is the cover same as present? what length of cover do you get?

Buzz, I only renewed my Subaru Assist (just under 70) as in the breakdown bit, not the warranty. They wanted 400 to extend the warranty but didn't take them up on that.
