Angry Help I have busted my car

Hi All

Had a bit of a misshap in the ice the other day and slid sidways ito a kerb

It busted the rim on the rear drivers side (off side)

have managed to get a replacement 5 spoke 16" gold rim but it looks like the camber is wrong and it sems to toe in at the bottem and the top of the wheel seems to over hang the arch so if i hit a bump it would grind out

Looking at the kerb side rear it seems toe out at the bottem and looks fine

I have had a good look at the rods that link the hub carier to the diff housing and they look ok .

Any ideas what i could have bent?

Sorry for the rambel and bad spelling

Geting fed up with silly space saver on the back

Thanks
Derek

Re: Help I have busted my car

Dave's been able to answer queries about the handbrake cable in the past (iirc), he may know something about that. As for the rear hub, not a clue mate, sorry.

Re: Help I have busted my car

At last i have got the job done!

Got the old hub off but couldent get the drive shaft out of the hub!

Ended up taking the hub and the drive shaft out together and taking them to a local garage to be pressed out!

It all went back together easy with no problems event the hand break was well behaved and just seemed to want to go back in the right place bless it.

Its nice to have finaly got rid of the naughty little spacesaver

Also gave it a dam good service Gear oil diff engine the lot!

Thanks for all your help chaps if any one wants to know any more info please let me know

PS the old hub was bent to FxxK just goes to show even a low speed kerb crash can do loads of damage!
