can any one explain the difference between open bell mouth and a standard and wich would be the better option.

The bell mouth is a completely open design. The greater separation there is between the wastegate gases and exhaust gases, the smoother the overall exhaust flow.

reason i asked is i bought jap style exhaust off ebay 3inch other half wont drive it so iam a taxi service so i spoke to scooby world and they recommended ninja3 which is not as loud but she stil wont drive car i think its fine costing me a fortune so ive been offerd an open mouth 3 going to 2,i have straight through centre section and thought off a race box rear box i just wanted to no if or what difference open neck would do.

I recommend you get a Hayward & Scott Rear Silencer.

do you mean keep the 3inch downpipie and centre and replace rear silencer only or go the other route i mentioned cheers.

If you fit the Hayward & Scott "Classic" rear back-box with a open mouth 3 going to 2 + a straight through centre section. The exhaust system should be "other half" friendly.

is there not a bung you can buy just to plug the back up while she uses it? like you have on the ninja ones?
