Noise on overrun

Hi guys,

I recently fitted a new clutch & lightweight flywheel to my car.
Since fitting there has been a slight rumble/vibration which has got louder.
I suspected it may be the propshaft bearing but now not so sure.

How much movement should there be on the prop around the rubber part of the bearing carrier??

The noise only comes when I lift my foot off the pedal and then you get the rumble/vibration.The noise carries along the prop so it is difficult to pinpoint the area.

Is there any way of checking the rear diff for damage?

I am going to change the oil in the diff to see if this changes anything.

Hope some one can point me in the right direction.
