Greater fuel consumption Subaru WRX 2002

Hello.

Please help! I have a Subaru WRX2002. What it should be fuel consumption? I get on average 23 litres per 100 kilometres of the city. With rapid accelerations comes to fuel consumption of 30 litres. This is normal?

you should be looking at around 20/22mpg around town but with a heavy right foot this could come down alot, 30 mpg on a run nice and steady..
