Track Car Problem

Hello.

I have recently purchased a 1998 impreza turbo (140,000 Miles) which I only use on the track. The car is stock at the moment except for K&N panel, straight through exhaust, front and rear strut braces. Just purchased Eibach's Pro Street/Track pack, set of 40 groove front disc's and red stuff pads. One problem I discovered from the last track day was a occassional but sudden loss of power under full throttle. Could this be a fueling problem ? I am guessing the fuel pump cannot supply the required pressure ? Any thoughts ?

Regards Peter W

they are prone to suffering fuel surge in the tank, mainly on right handers and when the level is below 1/4 tank??
