when it comes on it runs very lumpy but once its hot the light go`s out and
it runs fine?
do you think its a temp sender i took it to triton motorsport they checked the

thats very strange, if check engine lights on then theres issues, think it needs looking into more.

was the check engine light on when they looked at it?

If the check engine light is on then I would've thought you'd have a fault code.

have you tried plugging the diagnostic plugs together to see if any fault codes have been recorded?

Um - blimey now you are asking me to think back to my Scooby days

There are diagnostic connectors tucked out the way of it at the bottom of your steering column (2 green and 2 black). IIRC you have to connect the 2 green ones together and turn on the ignition (but not the engine). Any faults should show up as intermittant flashes of your ECU Check engine light. Long Flashes = 10 and short flashes = 1

You need to make a note of these (if you have any) and somewhere on here is a list of the fault code numbers and what they mean so for example if you were to see 2 long flashes followed by 3 short flashes then you have a fault code 23.

I am sure some of the other guys will advise you better than I have.
