engine flush

Im changing the cam seals on my impreza and i was wondering could i use an engine flush to get all the dirt out of the engine.Will it be ok to do this with a turbo car.

no, don't even go there..................you may well cause far more damage than you solve

use decent oil and change at regular intervals
