A 1995 turbo 2000 estate! Problems,Problems,Problems!
Just had diagnoisis from subaru! A faulty AFM (MAF)
Bought the new part from scrap yard that works fine! But the car still doesn't want to start! Any idea's for what i can try?????
It kept cutting out. Hence it went to subaru! The diag just recorded a faulty (MAF) BUT BEFORE i added the new part it stopped starting! Since applying the new MAF the car still isnt starting! PLEASE HELP! The old motor has just cost me £1500, recon- gearbox, clutch ect ect. Mark

Could be a lot of things...

Checking ECU fault codes as here may help


The other thing it may be is the crank sensor, sometimes just needs a clean....

Sounds like it could be crank sensor problems? Have you checked HT leads, plugs etc? and have you bought a MAF that matches the year of your car?

The engine lights are coming on and then nothing! Just won't tick over!
New MAF Fitted and that works fine on another subaru!!!!
