new beast restricted??

Well just had a phone call off Pete... he's just gone to work in the new beastie..... sounds like he may have been 'testing' it up the motorway
anyway.. the clock is only reading around 112mph..... sooooo.. he's thinking it may be restricted and has asked me to ask you guys if you know owt about de restricting.. and what's involved?

Alyn.. no doubt you'll read this at some point... so you may be getting a phonecall and seeing his scooby sooner than you thought !

so i'm still driving a car that will beat his at the mo !!!! pml

depends on exact age, as to wether its cable driven speedo or electronic but either way they can be sorted.................does the speedo read in mph upto 180mph or has it had a face change so that it only shows 120???

I'd recommend either a good set of pads and disc's or failing that, a Brembo or AP brake kit upgrade Kaz.. To be honest, after the few times I've needed the AP's or even the Brembo's, to me they've been worth their weight in gold when some dosey idiot pulls out in front of you..

I look at it this way, anything that saves my car from blowing up, braking to get out of trouble or even accelerating out of trouble, its worth every penny you put into the car... Especially when its not your fault
