Wheels and Brakes

What size of brake discs are standard on a 1995 Impreza STI?

Would 16" alloys off this model fit a MY00 with 297mm discs and four pots.

They were on a MY98 Wagon with four pots but not sure of what disc size they were.

Do all cars with four pots have 297mm discs?

Cheers

your car will be a V2 STi by the age, and therefore have the 2pot 277mm brakes..................the wheels will not normally be suited to the later 4pot 294mm brakes.....................

Exclamation STI-2006 Brake pads

People confused me with this issue. So, I hope I can put it to rest...

What kind of break pads would fit a 2006 STI (with brembos)?
Where should I order them from STI-Japan or Bremboo? Mind you, the subaru dealer does not stock STI parts where I live, which is Saudi Arabia.

Cheers,

YAZ

Sadly no . In fact, everyone that owns an STI in Saudi (maybe 10-15 at the most!) would have his own "interesting" story of how they got it. Mine was posted a few weeks ago on the forum when I was considering buying it.

So, I have two more questions for you:
-Would stock impreza pads work for the time being?
-Which of the after market brands do you recomment and what is the stock number?

Thanks!
YAZ
