Humming noise?

The past couple of times I took my scoob in excess of 100mph it started to make like a humming noise. It sounded like it was coming through the radio. My mates WRX and STi do the same thing. Is this some kind of warning noise to tell us to slow down? Its really weird.

Well it sounds like wind noise. You sure it's comimg from the dash. Coz the mirrors can cause a noise over 100 (so I am told ).

Next time it does it open all the vents and see if it goes......

Its not a wind noise. Its more like a radio frequency noise. Like a buzzing sound.

Could be mate. Or it could be the NASA satellites aligning to pinpoint my location.

Gary, I know you said the radio

It could be your mirrors making thenoise.try flapping them shut next time you have the chance and see if the sound is still there.

I'll try that out, Pete. Gotta keep my eye out for the cops though.

Hi
That noise your talking about stops at about 120mph then changes to another around 140mph and then another over 150

Try all the noises in Germany for free
