ABS actuator question

I need to replace (or service) the ABS actuator in my MY01 WRX. Are there any available and can a brake specialist (other then Subaru) sort this by using non genuine parts.

the reason is that this has a price tag from Subaru of AUD3,700 to replace

I would like second hand or new for much less than this!!

Any assistance and/or guidance would be appreciated
