Very poorly scooby

Hi need advice
We have a 1996 scooby wrx that is has bad idling and a flat spot as soon as you hit the trottle, kangaroo hops when you go down the road.
Now modifications, took it to a local "mike" dealer and had a de cat full system exhaust, and a manual boost control fitted, also they tried to re-map the ecu & and an uprated fuel pump (?). Other modification- Induction kit and dump valve.
Since found out that the ecu is un-mappable.

We have put new plugs, new leads and oil change, still runs no better, basically not drivable

Any suggestions on what we should do, thinking about a new ecu at the moment

take the pipes off the boost controler and try on the oe make sure all the pipes are on where they should be and non are kinked just had a very sim thing on mine which ive sorted by doing above.
The hoping was due to a kink in the pipe to the waste gate and the huge flat spot was the pipes in the wrong place took also only runing 7psi

but this was on my car so may not be on yours but worth a look

Idle Air Control Valve

Hi
Did a fault finder on the ECU- Code 24 came up- indicates idle air control valve
sort of got an idea where it is. has any one got any pics or diagrams, and also do we replace for new part or give a good clean.?

Also think MAF may be dodgy

Cheers
