TYRES !!! GOODYEAR EAGLE F1 or TOYO's ??

Hi Everyone

Need New Tyres soon,TOYO T1S's at present, a Good Tyre, but the inner edges do wear a bit !

What do you think ?

GOODYEAR EAGLE F1 GSD3's or TOYO T1R's ???

Wheres the cheapest/best places to buy ?

Also I currently run 215/35/18s, is it OK to fit 225/35/18s without any probs ?? !!

Thanks if You can provide any Input on this !

Cheers
Duracell

Hey Hey Colin m8

Go for Toyo's m8............

Changing tyre size will make wheel slightly bigger. Side wall will be 35% of 225. Thats 78.75mm whereas the 215 is only 75.25mm.

Not a big difference at all.... Personnally if you have the clearence go for it....

Toyos mate... i run 215/35/18's allround... Cheapest i found mail order on ebay 108.00 each. Hi performance tyres is the shop name. Just rang, paid on card and 2 days later they arrived. Cost 35.00 to be fitted at my local tyre place. oh and 20.00 P + P.
I have just put Falken 452's on the Front as i am a bit skint at mo (half the price of toyo's) and to be honest i really notice the difference with the prone impreza understeer now. hope this helps. I just wish they lasted longer....

I did find the Toyo's at around £86 each including VAT online... Apparently a local tyre place in barnstaple, had a set of four for £290 including vat for 18's I think... Although might have been 17's... Either way, awesome price I thought

I have just found out my tyres are also bald! (just had first service) got a quote to replace them with whats on... Bridgestone Potenza RE070 - found out that the are jap imported tyres and cost £125each! So what would you recommend as the best tyre, under £100 quid if possible!!!

Toyo's mate, everyone raves about them. They will be going on the car after the P-Zero's have had enough
