Fuel Pump relay

I am having a problem with no voltage to the fuel pump on my 93 Impreza LS 1.8 MPFI. I can not locate the fuel pump relay. I found a set of 3 12 volt relays above the fuse panel, but these check out fine. Where is this relay found?

This may or may not be related, but with the ignition switch on and I step on the gas peddle there is a buzzing below the car. I sounds as if it is comming from between the tranny and the bottom side of the car. Any ideas as to what this may be?

Thanks Oryx

I believe the fuel pump relay is up under the dash.
