New age handling mods

Hi all, any new age handling gurus in the house?

Would like to do something with the handling on the car, want the steering a little more precise with less under steer.

The old MY95 was like a go kart on Tein adjustables and felt like it handled a lot better. The new one ok (ish) but could do with a little sharper.

Was thinking of rear anti roll bar – and/or anti lift kit? Anyone any experience?

Geometry settings – any recommendation?

Tyre wear at the moment is pretty much even all round (just had full new set – equal wear on all four old ones). Don’t know if that is good or bad in handling terms or if it tells you something about the current settings.

things that come to mind instanlty. - ant lift kit to reduce the lift on take off / strut braces front and rear - relatively cheap mods for a good first off handling increase.

the more expensive items then be the uprated suspension ! how much yuo looking to spend? previous two mentioned could al lbe done for a good £400 ?

As Pete said the above are a vast improvement to the Impreza handling performance.

It just all depends how far you want to go!!!

If you didn't want to spend big money and just wanted to take away the floppy bits I'd go for...

Powerflex Solid Rear ARB Drop Links
Powerflex Front End Link Kit
GT Spec Anti Lift Kit
Uprated (Lowered) Springs

Then if you had more money...

Strut Braces Front & Rear
Larger Anti-Roll Bars Front & Rear
Powerflex Replacement Bush Kit
Uprated Coilovers
Bigger Alloys & Low Profile Tyres

Hope that helps matey.
