Air in power steering

Hi All,
Does any one know how I can get air locks out of my power steering?

Put a new o ring in at the bottom of resvoir and it all looked good but by the time I got to work today I had blown a fair amout of fluid all round the engine bay.
Have tried lock to lock but it doen't seem to have done the trick.
Pump is sounding a bit on the noisy side hoping its just air in the system and not the bearings.

Thanks Pete.
