Drain tank - WRONG FUEL

hey everyone,

i tried searching so i apologies if this is here already. i put the wrong fuel in my tank (87 instead of v-power).... was a long day and wasnt thinking untill i paid and it seemed cheap...... so i took it home and tried to keep the boost off. iv been looking around last night and today and it seems like best method is to hot-wire/live-wire the pump? is there anywhere easier i can access the wires to put power to them instead of under the panel in trunk? also not sure if i have wires small enough to fit in the plug without shorting.

anyhelp would be appreciated, its currently dripping out of the fuel filter location into a gas-can...... iv got about 5 liters in an hour lol

its just a classic my98 sti with 2.0turbo

Re: Drain tank - WRONG FUEL

i must just be dumb, i cant find even which wires to short on this thing... all the wire diagrams are europe or aus and seem to have different wire colours.

Re: Drain tank - WRONG FUEL

well i just ran the car at idle with the overflow into a gas-can, worked well but obviously would not work with an incompatible fuel such as diesel.
