Exclamation big help needed on black spots on discs!!

Hi All

Just needed a answer on this cause getting many different ones,
bought some tarox drilled and grooved discs (japan sports from scoobyworld) the other day had them fitted with some brand new ferodo pads, ive done bout 150 miles in them and from them being fitted after doing 10miles theres black dots appeared on the discs directly below the drilled holes but only on one disc I think there pad deposits because I can wipe little bit of it off with a wet cloth (not heat spots) Ive spoken to few people and they said theres nothing to worry about and they will disappear in about a week its now been 3weeks and they are still there, is this normal or something to worry about or will they go eventually, just dont want to mess these disc up as there all brand new,

Note: theres no juddering or pulling to one side all is braking fine haven't braked to hard yet in them as was told not to,
these are on a 2006 hawkeye wrx

pls help this is driving me nuts,

Thanks Alot

Alex
