standard recirculating valve question

hello all,does anyone know whether a 2003 wrx std dump valve will fit my 2006 hawkeye sti,they look the same but just wondered if they technically are,only because i want to return my car to standard and remove the atmospheric turbosmart dual-port valve currently on my car,and i know i can purchase an older std valve of ebay
