stainless steel brake lines
Hi, i'm planning to buy stainless steel brake lines for my brembos. I searched ebay and
the best brand i can find is goodridge(actually i looked for brembo, endless etc but there wasn't any) Anyway i'll probably be happy with goodridge, i read lots of nice feedback for them but i have a small problem ![]() consisting of a PTFE inner with stainless steel outer braid, clear plastic protective coating. But one has stainless steel fittings and the other has zinc plated fittings. The one with ss fitting is twice as much expensive then the zinc plated(74£ vs. 142£) Now as the subject is brakes, i don't want to get crapy stuff but i couldn't find the advantages/disadvantages between them. Which one should i buy? Is it worth buying the the one with stainless steel fitting? I would be glad to get some advise from people much more experienced then me. Thank you very much. |
