Problem is now, when in 3rd and especially 4th, get to about 4000rpm and car appears to judder and struggle for power for a little while and then powers through. Does anybody have any ideas of what this could be, or any body near alfreton that might be able to have a gander and see if they can help???

Re: Newbie in need of help

You car is a bug - eye right? If the light stays on solidly then pls dont just reset and assume the problem will go away - it hasnt solved anything. Your not too far from Scooby Clinic, have them hook it up to their fault code reader and establish the problem. Camshaft position sensors are also known to go (mine did), if the light flickers this could be mis-fire related. All just suggestions though, have it checked for peace of mind - I think they charge like 30 for read? A dealer win probably skank you 70, reset the code and low and behold it throws again. Need to establish why its on to correct the issue.
