Impreza Wagon Won't start when hot outside, PLEASE HELP!

Here is a rundown of the problem I am experiencing. This is the only time I experience this problem: When I leave for work in the morning my 1999 Impreza L Wagon starts right up (60-70 degrees outside) I get to work at aroung 6AM. Come out at about 2 PM (80-90 degrees outside) and my car is very difficult to start. It cranks fine but will only start after a few minutes of cranking and trying again and again. This only happens after my car sits all day after being driven in the morning. If I drive home at 2 and wait a few hours and try it, it starts right up again. The check enging light is not on either. Any advice as to what I should do would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
