Help with starting and cutting out

Hi guys first post so ty for all the advice you can give.

Ok got a 1998 impreza turbo 2000 awd now the problem is I was driving home and the car cut out when I went to start it again it runs for about 5 seconds then cuts out like it's running out of fuel.

I have tried putting fuel in it and changing fuel pump and filter, blowing down fuel lines, crank and cam sensors but nothing has so far seemed to work.

Any ideas or common faults you guys could Share would be Great ty

Yeah plenty of fuel to the filter I got a electrician to put his diagnostic tool on it but there was no fault codes.
