Hello mate, as per your other thread...if you dont want to lower it too much start with a uprated rear anti roll bar, drop links and all new bushes.

Re: Best Suspension for me???

if i put super lows in, would i need to get new bushes?
are there certain ARB's that are better than others?
would that be enough just the rear? or worth doing the front too?
sorry, im a big newbie lol

Re: Best Suspension for me???

Did you watch the link I gave you above ? It's really helpful
I wouldn't go too low, maybe 30mm
Go for a whiteline rear ARB and drop links. No need to do front.
If you have the cash to do the bushes then go for it.

Re: Best Suspension for me???

yeah, just watched it, really really helpful.
i've heard bushes get fairly pricey, my brother has a 05Liberty and for some reason he's had to have all bushes replaced the last two services. sounded like a fair chuck outta the wallet for some bushes.
liking the sound of the ARB though

Re: Best Suspension for me???

I would change the ARB and drop links first, use poly bushes on these and leave everything else. Drive the car and get a feel for the change.
Once you have saved up again look at a set of lowering springs and adjustable shocks, or even a set of coilovers if you have nice roads where you are. Once again, drive the car for a while and get a feel for the change.
I'd recommend full alignment too !!
In time you can start to replace the other bushes, you'll not need to change the poly bushes as they have a lifetime guarantee ! It's the rubber bushes that perish.

I still love the clean look of your car

Re: Best Suspension for me???

Not really but if you're pulling all apart you might as well do it at the same time.

Re: Best Suspension for me???

Yeah it can be a bit of a bitch, you should see a spring slip out of a clamp mate, goes like a missile
