Help ! Rear bumper problem...

Already tried the "exterior"-page of the forum... Maybe a visitor of this page has an idea.

As said... my other half managed to hit a high kerbstone with her STi (despite parking aid  ) and it looks like the rear bumper needs replacing. :nightmare

Anybody any idea what a such bumper costs on a 2003 STi ? And whether the presence of a parking aid (Subaru accessory) will make the operation much more difficult ?

Can I do it myself if I get hold of the part ?

And are there any "cooler" bits I could fit instead, e.g. a rear bumper with extractor.

Cheers,
S.
