IMO once you start to heavily mod a car you limit the amount of potential new buyers, nothing against your car but with all the mods it puts a lot of people off,
They want a standard car a lot of the time.

Re: why is nobody intrested in buying my car ???? what am i doing wrong

If I'm brutally honest, the styling of the car is going to put the majority of people off. It is definitely a marmite look I'm afraid. I wouldn't criticise anyone for the styling of their car as it is all down to personal preference, but if I were shopping around I'm sorry to say I would immediately dismiss yours based on styling alone.

Also as Brett says, many people would be looking for a standard'ish unmolested car with a decent service history. I spent ages looking for such a car when I bought my RA 3 years ago. Saw loads of modded Imprezas and Evo's , but in the end paid a premium for my car which is 100% standard in and out. That said, there are people that want a car with the bulk of mods already in place.

Personally I would tone down the styling of the car if possible and I reckon you'll see more interest.

I would try removing the graphics just to see if it helps. It looks like a good car but as said above it will only appeal to certain buyers.

To be honest I don't think the graphics make much difference because anyone interested in buyin the car can easily take them off themself if they don't like em.
I would say that it's a limited market that you've limited further with your mods. I don't mean this as a critacism, I think what you have done is great.
Some people may be wary about the reliability or how well the mods have been made. If I was buying a car like that I'd want to be sure it was built to last and the box wasn't about to pop.
All the best mate, I hope you get what you want.

Re: why is nobody intrested in buying my car ???? what am i doing wrong

Firstly id remove the stickers, secondly remove the exterior badges that are stuck on the inside, remove the aftermarket steering wheel and put a standard one back on. Also those chrome mats are a no no

Many people would worry about the engine with no info on who has done the rebuild. Give info on the company or person who has done the engine work with other examples of their work also. If you have pics of the engine been done also helps,

I dont mean to offend just been honest (and my opinions) but it looks a little chavvy for me and most impreza ownwers hate that. the engine wouldnt put me off if i was buying it it would be the styling.

I reely hope you dont take offence as the engine work you've done does impress me. i just think more standard styling and it would sell.

Re: why is nobody intrested in buying my car ???? what am i doing wrong

was rebuilt by scooby clinic with the paper work to prove

then it was off to teg sport and it had the 3 bar map sensor and simtek ecu

for 3600ono i still think its a lot of car for little money even if someone removed the graffix and things

im only selling because i have a deposit on a new car and need to sell it asap

You should mention that in the ad. Scooby clinic are a reputable tuner so that is a strong selling point.

Re: why is nobody intrested in buying my car ???? what am i doing wrong

wow thats very kind of you thank you, i am panicing a bit i never thought i would want to sell it but i have to, its not a family orientated car really and the misses has told me i need to sell it,

i would put it on ebay but i dont have an account and if i opened one it would have 0 feed back and i doubt i would sell it with no feed back

whats the best option you think ??

its on piston heads but there are so many on there that mine is like finding a needle in a haystack ... not easy to come across ????
