immobiliser ?
Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the ign on?
If you can then whip a spark plug out and see if its wet, if its wet then you may be looking at a faulty crank/cam sensor both will stop the car from starting,
It could be many things but these are where id start.

PS : worth a look Starting Issues ? - Check list

Re: my subaru wont start

i have removed the fuel pipe to the fuel filter , turned the ignition on and no fuel so went for the pump , i removed the pipes from the pump - no fuel so pump not working
i have tested the power to the plug at the fuel pump & am getting a live when the ignition is turned on & also another live when the key is turned to the start position

Re: my subaru wont start

fuel pump could be dead/seized then fella,
whip the pump out the tank and try it on a 12v feed(only for a few seconds) but it will test the pump, if its failed then a good time to uprate

If it works on a 12v feed then its a wiring issue again common
