P1 Rear Disks

Hi i have standard brakes all round on my 94 import wrx. I have the chance of getting some P1 rear vented and drilled disks very cheap. They have been taken off a 2000 P1. Will they fit and will it be worth it? Im guessing they should help with additional vents etc. cheers Gareth
