HELP Please :-(

My 94 Import when i bought it was idling high around 1200rpm.

So i took it upon myself to try to correct this as although she sounded nice she was thirsty!!!

I firstly changed the idle switch and valve and this dropped the rpm right down, and in most cases she stalled :-(

I have since taken the car off the road due to no mot and tax (failed mot).

I have now changed the hosing to silicon throughout the car, removed the air con components, and since changing the hosing the car now will not start, its as though when i turn the key she doesnt want to fire up?

Im in the process of changing my after market valve back to the standard one, but im stuck as the standard valve is re-circulating and im not sure whether i need to attach a pipe from the bottom into the air circuit (have aftermarket air filter which im also changing back to the original flat filter soon).

Firstly how do i attach the standard valve back in?

Secondly could changing the idle switch and valve have caused such a problem to stall the call all the time.

Thirdly would changing the standard hosing to silicon effect the car now no longer even igniting?

Should i try to put the old idle switch and valve back on to see if this helps at all?

I know i ask alot, im hoping someone can help me with this mammouth task!!
