Re: Static shocks.
Get shocks off my car all the time, and pretty much everything else too. Not really sure there is much you can do about it. They are generally worse when the air is dry so mine are a lot worse in the winter when there is very low humidity.
When you say earthing kit, do you mean the engine kits?

Re: Static shocks.
Well I don't tend to get shocks usually, just recently more often off the car though. When I said earthing kits I was hoping there was a product out there to combat the problem?? Maybe I should get one of those rubber strips that you see hanging off the rear! lol

Re: Static shocks.
Pete/Tidgy can you please move this thread to pervs corner, any newbies glancing at the last post would wonder where they had signed up for " Rubber strips" & "Hanging off the rear"

Re: Static shocks.
I would just like to point out that if his knuckles did drag on the ground then the issue of shocks wouldn't be so as he would dissipate the static build up thru his knuckles on the ground

Re: Static shocks.
maybe thats worth a go then? haha To be honest I think it might be coming from the interior? When all the shinny plastics are warm they do tend to get that static feeling, maybe a good flocking would do the job! I'm sure there's a pun in there somewhere??? lol
