Hi Eric, there was a recent post on here regarding sigma alarms and battery replacement, turns out it needed the button to be pressed for 10 secs
Maybe worth giving that a try, if it doesnt work I would ring a reputable alarm specialist in the morning mate

Eric,

The immob doesn't kick in until about 30 secs after the ignition is off. So if you turn the key back on within these 30 secs, the car will still start.

Cheers,

Mickey.

Mot sure if it is the same as on my UK300....
If you unlock the car and get in and turn ign on you do not need to press to mobilise. However if you unlock then say mess about at the boot then get in, car will not start and you need to press the imobiliser button........
Simply :-
Once you unlock the car you have 30secs to start or it will imobilise

Hope that makes sence
