I would use rubber to mount it on to protect it from vibration - ca't do any harm. Summit do a mounting kit (sum-g4990) if thats any help

as said rubber bushes

on my classic its fitted between the upper and lower cross member behind the front bumper/grill, pretty sure you can fit it in the same position on a new age

Needs to be a very short cooler there.

Be extra doubly sure to protect the oil cooler pipes from heat from the headers and keep a good few inches of spaces between them and the headers and use firesleeve.

Mine is mounted in the pax side inner wing at an angle.

is the height between the bars less than on a classic?

Re: oil cooler mountjng

The problem is the hose take offs - the 90 deg angle bends take up a fair amount of height.

sound slike you need a cooler with fittings on the side rather than ends. heres mine

get some up then lol, besides yours counts as a race car lol

in all truth i think mines prob too big, my engine always used to run 5-10 degrees hotter than most (no idea why) and it rarley goes about 90 now, in fact only ever seen it once and that was on a 35 degree day ll

you can get a 21 rail cooler in the front of a new age as well as a classic , are you having a remote filter as well?
