wat clutch

hi everyone i need help i have a 1997 wrx import jap and its time for new clutch im not too culed up wen it comes to this and tunning plus dunno what clutch is in it at moment but im lookin to spend 350 on one wen lookin about i see ads for normal up to stage 3 can i just put a stage 3 straight in or does engine ant stuff need to of been up rated for one of them hope anyone can help cheers lee

230mm kit with an organic friction plate if just for street use. Most people opt for Exedy Clutch Kits for that kind of money. The gearbox will need to be removed to change your clutch. Get the flywheel checked to see if the surface is ok. If you are getting a garage to fit you'll pay anything from 150(if really lucky) to about 250. Many people use API Engines for supply and fit (they are not the cheapest but they are experts in all things transmission, they are based in Warwickshire
