While a was fitting speakers?

While a was fitting new front speakers noticed that inside the door frame was totally filthy, behind the plastic, a presume that this is normal?
Is ther any metal panels that come off to clean inside the door frame as am wanting it cleaned up? any suggestions

Water runs down it fella from the glass mine the same wouldnt worry I took the door card off recently to push out a tiny little dent and mine was manky to no1 can see it so if it was me Id leave it and Im a picky f**ker
