Ebay warning (dodgy parts on sale Alledgedly)

As it says,

just read on midland scoobies site, these lights are faulty and appparently have been known to catch fire in one instance, guy on sn (allegedly!)
Quote from ms site:

"Just thought i was warn you all about some Afterburners that are being sold on Ebay, the person selling them is www_subaru_org_uk, I have spoken to someone else who has brought these lights from the same person and his have also gone faulty as well as mine so i have to send one of my units back due to the brake lights failing to work now, so as soon as i get the new unit back i have sold these on as i don't want the trouble of checking they are still working all the time!

Here is a link to the auction for these units,

Hope that helps

I heard of another company (not on ebay) that were selling these or some with similar problems. They are a reputable company that offered replacements to ALL of those who purchased them. Obviously, that's one of the problems with ebay - no comeback (normally)!!

You may save a fiver to lose one hundred - Be careful.
